2026 Progress of Ideas Grant Application

The Institute invites applications on Land Value Taxation and research utilizing the Mason Gaffney Digital Archive. 
 
The “Progress of Ideas” Grant Program is open to U.S. based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Grants of up to $10,000 will be considered.

Land Value Taxation

PPI invites proposals for research or applied projects that can expand the successful adoption of Land Value Tax. We welcome proposals from academic researchers, public policy institutes, nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and cross-sector collaborations. Projects may be theoretical, empirical, legal, computational, or strategic in nature.

2026 Progress of Ideas Grant Application: Land Value Taxation

The Progress and Poverty Institute is accepting applications for the 2026 Progress of Ideas Grants. The Institute invites proposals for research or applied projects that can expand the successful adoption of Land Value Tax.
Applications will be accepted until April 6, 2026. Awardees will be notified by May 12, 2026. Grants of up to $10,000 each will be awarded.
