Engel Georgist Library
The Progress and Poverty Institute (originally the Robert Schalkenbach Foundation), was founded more than 100 years ago to share and promote the ideas of political economist and journalist Henry George. Our Engel Georgist Library and Archive, located in Princeton, NJ, makes George’s works – as well as content produced by Georgist thinkers -easily accessible to everyone.
The Library is located at our Princeton offices. If you’d like to visit us in person, please contact us at books@progressandpovertyinstitute.org to make an appointment – we’re looking forward to meeting you! If you’d like to register for remote borrowing privileges from our digital collection, simple fill out our registration form and you may begin browsing right away.
